Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and Research Institute is the fourth agricultural college established under the Tamil nadu agricultural university. The college is one of the pioneering centers in India on problem soil, particularly salt affected soils. The mission of the college is to organize inter disciplinary research for solving the location specific problems for the different ecological situations in the districts particularly in the salt affected soils.
