KL Deemed to be university was established in 1980-81, as KL College of Engineering, which was upgraded to KL College of Engineering Autonomous in 2006 by UGC, and was declared as a Deemed to be University in 2009 by UGC, MHRD Govt.of India. In 2012 as a Deemed to be University the institution was accredited by NAAC with A Grade and later in 2018, was re-accredited by NAAC with A++ grade. In 2019 UGC, MHRD declared this intuition as Category I Institution.

The institutes remains indebted to leadership of our late co-founder Er.Koneru Lakshmaiah, and our Founder Er.Koneru Satyanarayana, both of whose vision has helped in creating this abode of learning, which has emerged as one of the elite institutes of the nation.

The educational institution is located on a land of 100 acres with a built up area of over 20,00,000 Sq Ft. Campus has been named "Green Fields" and the splendid avenue of trees and gardens bear testimony to the importance of ecology and environment. How To Apply KL University Guntur

Candidates have to check the eligibility for the exam and ensure they are fulfilling it so as to minimize the chances of rejection of their application at a later stage. The condition of eligibility can be checked from the notification in connection with the exam which would be available at the official website for the exam established by the organisation conducting the exam. Post, ensuring the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria, candidates can follow the procedure mentioned below:

1. Visit the official website of the exam and click the link for registration and wait for the form to appear.
2. Post appearance of the form, candidates can fill it with the details like their name, age, date of birth, qualification details, permanent and temporary address, their email id and mobile phone number and submit them and create an account comprising username and password and submit them.
3. The students would receive confirmation message of successful submission and post submission they can view the details about the username and password created and website where they can use the username and password.

3A. Sometimes after confirmation, candidates may receive an One Time Password (OTP) either on their mobile phone or email after submission of registration form. In that case, they can enter the OTP and receive the final confirmation of submission of registration form and the details about username and password created.

4. Applicants can login in with the help of credentials (username and password) created and start filling the application form with details – the name (of the candidate), age, date of birth, educational qualification, residential address and permanent address, the course they wish to study, the test centre where they wish to write the test.
5. Post filling all the details, applicants have to upload the documents, the documents to be uploaded would depend on the type of the course, they are wishing to apply for the exam. The documents to be uploaded for UG course are:

6. Post uploading of the documents, candidates can pay the registration fee using the online modes like credit card, debit card and net banking and obtain confirmation. After obtaining the confirmation, candidates can check for errors in the application and rectify them if any.
